Understanding Ticket Console

UST SmartOps™ AIOps Ticket Console provides a comprehensive view of tickets in a single console. It provides a detailed view of tickets that includes attributes like Title- along with a brief description, Ticket ID, Created Time, Updated Time, Status etc.

You can search for a specific ticket from the list of tickets and filter the tickets based on status. You also have the facility to define the auto refresh period for the page to reflect latest tickets.
