AIOps allows you to download the tickets from the ticket listing page.

Click on the icon to create a new request for download.

All the previous requests, where the Ticket Reports are ready to download will be listed.

On creating a new request a pop up will appear as shown below.

Once the requested report is ready to download, the download option will appear.

You can download the ticket in xls format which contains the ticket details.
