In Smartops AIOps, you can specify the refresh interval of ticket listing page so that the page will display latest information.

For example, if you require the page to be refreshed with latest tickets, every 5 minutes, select the value from the dropdown.

In case, if you want to fetch the latest tickets within the auto-refresh period, click on the icon. The page will get refreshed with the latest alerts.
