
Ticket Creation
AIOps creates tickets for a correlated alert cluster. An alert that falls in the ticket alerts category will lead to auto ticket creation of a correlated alert cluster. Further alerts correlated to the cluster will become part of the same ticket. In scenarios where the user has the requirement to create a new ticket for specific alert(s) within a cluster, AIOps provides the capability to split the alert(s) from the ticketed cluster to manually create a new ticket.
Alert that falls in the acknowledgment alert
category needs only an acknowledgement for reference purpose and need not be ticketed. In certain scenarios where multiple warning alerts are received or more than normal acknowledgement alerts are seen, user might want to ticket the cluster and investigate the issue. In such cases, the alerts can be ticketed manually, or auto-ticketing can be set up based on a ticketing threshold for acknowledgement alerts.
