Ticket Creation - Automated

Alerts in UST SmartOps™ AIOps are correlated and ticketed based on Alert Correlation and Acknowledgement Policy.  

An alert that falls in the category of a ticket alert leads to automatic ticket creation from the alert cluster.

However, you can define a 'wait time' period during which alerts will not get ticketed. During the 'wait time' the alert cluster will be in ‘queued for ticketing’ state. While the alert cluster is in ‘queued for ticketing state’, you have the option to create a ticket even before wait time is completed. You can also resolve the alert cluster and avoid ticket creation.

Acknowledgement alerts gets ticketed automatically when it breaches the ticketing threshold.
