
Managing Tickets
UST SmartOps™ AIOps auto creates tickets from an alert cluster of correlated alerts. It provides the capability to auto-triage and assign tickets, along with multiple features to quickly resolve the problem, such as zero-touch auto-resolutions, similar ticket recommendations, automated workflows and recommendations based on previous resolutions.
The tickets can be managed through a single console in AIOps. You can have a comprehensive view of tickets in the Tickets screen.
