Reopening Resolved Alert Cluster

AIOps provides the option to re-open a resolved ACK/ticketed cluster.

To reopen a resolved alert cluster, navigate to alert screen and expand the drop down corresponding to a resolved cluster. Select the Reopen option.

On reopening, the cluster state changes to its previous state. If you are reopening a ticketed cluster, the cluster state will change to Active.

If you are reopening an acknowledgement cluster, the cluster state will change to Acknowledge.

In both cases, the cluster will be open for correlation.
