Auto Closure Configuration
Auto closure screen allows the user to configure the Auto closure wait time.
User can also configure to auto-resolve ACK clusters after ‘x’ days from its creation. Even if the users forget to act upon closing these ACK alert clusters, the configuration ensures it is automatically resolved in AIOps.
- Select Configuration tab in AIOps.
- Select Auto Closure on the left pane
Auto Closure screen will appear.
Here user can configure the wait time before auto-closing to avoid premature auto-close and Auto closure of Acknowledgement clusters after ‘x’ days from its creation .
User can also select the state of the ticket in which it should not auto close. Click on Save button to save the configured details.
