Flavors for AIOps

AIOps is delivered in four flavors:

AIOps View: This product flavor offers a single-pane-of-glass view to customers with large IT infrastructure and multiple monitoring tools

AIOps View features:

  • Integrations with monitoring tools
  • Alert Correlation
  • L0 automation - Auto-create/Auto-close for tickets, Templates to customize ticket updates
  • Bidirectional integration with ITSM tool
  • Virtual Engineer to augment NOC team
     

AIOps Desk: This product flavor offers an IT Service Desk automation solution.

AIOps Desk features:

  • Bidirectional integration with ITSM tool
  • SmartOps Automation Stories for service request ticket resolution
  • Auto Resolution using ticket intent identification and SmartOps Automation Stories
  • Similar tickets and Recommend Resolutions based on past tickets

 


AIOps Resolve: This product flavor offers an IT Service Desk automation solution

AIOps Resolve features:

  • Integrations with monitoring tools
  • Alert Correlation
  • L0 automation - Auto-create/Auto-close for tickets, Templates to customize ticket updates
  • Bidirectional integration with ITSM tool
  • Virtual Engineer to augment NOC team
  • Auto Resolution of tickets using ticket intent identification and SmartOps Automation Stories
  • Similar tickets and Recommend Resolutions based on past tickets
  • Use SmartOps Automation Stories for ticket resolution

 

AIOps Hub: Hub flavor ties together multiple AIOps projects for a customer. The AIOps Edge project which is an on-prem installation of AIOps, should be connected and communicating with an AIOps Hub, to sync tickets from Edge to Hub. This flavor will be available only in PAAS.
